I am pasting snipping-tool clips and wish to draw arrow-headed lines within & between the illustrations. My lines will show on the clip where I begin drawing, but not outside the clip, nor in any other clip. If I save, close and reopen the png, I can draw anywhere. This is cumbersome - what am I doing incorrectly? Thanks
