    What kind of tools can i use in Paint.net to make the added picture more "user friendly"? My purpose is to make this kind of pics more focused so i can count manualy the blood vessels entering the graft (the white sponge in the middle of the picture). any help would be appriciated :-) Thanks, Stoo.
