I used Windows Installer Cleanup and it worked! Thanks for you help pyrochild and Sarkut!

I tried that just now and it still shows the same window.

There might be an error within the installation, because I cleared all PDN files off of my computer and tried to do a fresh install, but it still threw the same thing at me.

Could someone maybe find the file on their computer and upload it for me to use?

I tried renaming one and it didn't work.. I tried uninstalling so I could reinstall it, but it wouldn't let me without that file.

Does it matter which .msi file I change? There's like 9.

I looked in those threads, and didn't see anything :S. Oh yeah, here's the picture.

When I try updating from Paint.NET v.3.5.5 Beta Release build 3.55.3762.38843 to Paint.NET v3.5.5, it gets through most of the installation, but then it shows this window (picture attatched). When I click Cancel, it uninstalls what it did and then shows Fatal error 1603.
