Thank you. I did not know this option existed. It has also solved my other problem regarding the colour picker. Apologies to ptuZ and pyrochild for that one.

It's as simple feature but saves time if you are repeating colours in a large image. After using the colour picker tool, (as in Paint,) the previous tool is automatically selected.

When first using the paint bucket tool, I keep forgetting that the default tolerance is set to 50%. Is it possible to change this? I'm using a large canvas so it takes ages to complete and there seems to be no interrrupt to stop it.
