    How do i get the inside of the box to be able to see through?

    No so you can see the background inside of that square. You now how Paint has it's transparency button. Where is Paint.net's?

    Say if i wanted to put something and make the background go inside it how would i do that? How would i get the white bits to be the same as behind it?
