Um, just use the numbers at the top of your keyboard... I have tried this alt and that number and it does not work for the laptops with numbers at the top....any other advice please?

Hi I am new here, but that does not work with some laptops ie mine only has the numbers at the top not at the side as some newer version of laptops have, so what advice do you have for the older version laptops please Thanking you in advance
