    It seemed like something that might work, and thanks forthe screenshot by the way. But it was there, and though I "repaired" it, the same error came up when I tried to run it. Thanks though. I still dont understand why it wont work.

    Excuse me, but I can't run the paint program. I downloaded the zip and unzipped it but it won't run. I have vista and plenty or computer for it. I also know how to download a run a program. However this isn't working, windows just gives me a box with a red x and some lingo (see below). If there is any advice, thanks in advance. System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Windows Base, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken...(and some other stuff)
