SO there is no recommendations from any one .... help please with new install ! thanks HAPPY NEW YEAR

hi , I have been trying to install the pdn 3.5 , as this was recommended. I have for some time trying but failing each time with the same fatal error 1603 during install. I followed all the previous posts and helps and guides that have been recommended but no luck! note: this is fresh new install with no previous versions on my computer never have been , new to PDN ! what i have done so far: 1) installed automatic net.frame 3.5 2) installed it manually as well with the most recent service pack 3) renamed directory ie c: PDN or c:paint etc and tired the install 4) i even installed installer clean up tool and run that but there was not paint.net to remove! I am stuck ! big style , can any one please help ! desperate here ! pleeeeeeaaaase some one help! i look forward to any new suggestions or fixes or divine intervention ..... i have nightmare of error code 1603 !
