It should be a help in implementing the smudge tool in my application, I saw an example of how pyrochild wrote a plugin for paint.net, I tried to connect the dll to my project and use but nothing happened. If anyone else can help, I shall be grateful. Because I honestly have no idea with which to implement this tool.
