I don't know if that will help. I tried system restore, it still won't install, which is ****en ****, it should work when I try to install it. Why won't it wok!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't install paint.net, because every time I do it says this: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. I even tried downloading it from a different websites, but it still doesn't work. Please help, I really want paint.net back . Sorry for no screenshot.
