i mean like, put a gif image onto a sig, so there is the sig, but then there is a gif image on it

How do i take a Gif image and put it on a sig? Basically, a normal sig but with a small gif image in the corner or whatever.

My first question is, how do you make your text on a slant? My second question is, whenever i use the gradiant tool to make letter fade or whatever i want to do, the completely does a fade effect to the whole sig im making.. how do i make it so i only fade the word i typed?
