Paint Net Stopped Working, Can't uninstall, can't reinstall!

Ok thanks to you all!!! I reinstalled .net 3.5 and now it works! -
Hi, My Paint Net has stopped working. When I try to get into it I get the following message: Paint.NET has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I then tried to uninstall using the Windows Add/Remove Software. I get the following message: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. contact your support personnel or package vendor. Then I downloaded a new version and tried to install that. That did not work. I get the following message: Paint.NET Setup Front-End has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If anybody can help, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks. Moshe
