OKay got that now. But what exactly do you mean by "reinstall paint.net" does that mean that I have to upload it with the setup I had already on my desktop (the one I had to make a shortcut of) or via the website getpaint.net ? both dont work anyway

When I add the /createMSI , it says that there is a problem: according to Windows the file name is not valid. What should I do? Thanks.

I have exactly the same problem now. I've had Paint.NET but deleted it because there was an error with the plug-ins. Is your problem solved yet?
