I am new to all this. Have Windows XP, and I am trying to scan in a drawing into Paint so as to open it up and save as a jpeg file then download to a canned website builder. Anyway, I keep getting a message saying" there was an error reading the file from the media" I'd be lying if I said I understand much of this. Ric
