    Hi, I'm new, and I have a issue already. I was trying to delete the original Paint.NET file folder I made without uninstalling the program. When I tried to download the file again, it said specifically: " There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A Program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." I don't know what to do now, and I am angry that this was the only way I could color my pictures, and I just lost it.
