  1. You can use the text tool to create the text, most likely on a different layer, so you can move it later if you want. Then you can use the line tool to create the line with arrow to point from the text to the item you want to point out. You should probably have this on a separate layer as well, just in case you want to change it later.
  2. You could write your text in Word (or other program that has block text option) then do a print screen and paste that screenshot as a new layer. From there use the magic wand tool in global flood mode to remove the background.
  3. Is there a way to move multiple layers together? I don't want the layers to be merged just yet, but they are very closely related and I already have them lined up the way I want them. I can move each of the layers individually, but then I will have to realign them, which can be a pain if I have to do it multiple times once for layer. Thanks for any help.
