    Ah...I see now! but, after I select it, because the work was done on the background (which is a sketch) it's not getting rid of the stuff I already did.... Is there no way to just undo the work, undo the part where I switched layers, and then redo all the work without actually doing it all by hand again?

    I just did a ton of work on my project, but the layers switched on me and now I did about half my project in the wrong layer...is there anyway possible to retrieve it or move it to a new layer?
