When ever I try to open a .tga file or save as a .tga file (making an animated spray with Paint.NET and VTFedit) Paint.NET makes my computer stops responding and slows down my computer until I can end the process. If you need any more info, just ask

This is a signature I requested that was made in Photoshop I'd like to know how I can do the /// stripy line design in Paint.NET if its possible and how do you do the slight black border? I'm mainly looking for the stripy design though
