so if the secret formula for color-correcting a photo has the Cyan channel's value about 1/5-1/3 of the values of the Magenta and Yellow channels, what would that be like in the RGB color-space? sorry i'm new to all this

i've tried to find a plugin which might allow me to see total cmyk percentages for an open image. i'm working on some skin tone color correction stuff and the tutorials i like use the percentages of c/m/y to balance out the colors. i know the levels adjustment panel shows me a graph of these levels, but a number would be handy.
