Crewdawg

I recently repainted the Cessna 172 in FSX using Paint.net and it came out great. I am trying to add wheel pants and have had no luck. I added a new layer and drew the wheel pants over the tires, saved the file and copied it back into FSX. When the airplane came up in FSX everything looked good until I taxied. The wheel pants rotated just like the tires. Any suggestions for adding wheel pants to an airplane file will be much appreciated.
