  1. Cause I'm tired I'm not going to go into a lot of detail. (May suggest hitting the F1 key and read).

    On the layer window double the layer with the picture. Select the magic wand. Change the tolerance to a low number. Like 10. Zoom if needed. Select different areas wanting to be removed. Delete selected areas (delete key). Zoom back to 100% to check every so often. Repeat until desired effect has been achieved.

  2. If you're registered there, clicking on that image takes you to the image which is rendered on a transparent background.

    Otherwise, you'll need to do like Ash says and actually cut the image out.

    Do as he said. Once you see the larger view, right click and save as PNG. You need to save the picture then open it. Otherwise it has a black background.

  3. The purpose of making this is to get advice from more skilled people. Any and all advice would be appreciated.

    This was the very first thing I made with Paint.Net. This was made in little time and effort. Before I understood what Paint.Net could do.
