I have had a look through the tutorials and cannot find what i'm looking for. (I apologise if it is there)

Can some one point me in the right direction, or explain how i do this please.

Hi, I have just downloaded paint.net.

Can someone please tell me how i fade one image into another, i would like to create frames for an animated gif. (then use the frames in microsoft gif animator)

I am new to this so please forgive me if this is not possible.
