Yes, I've seen the rainbow eye tutorial. But I was wondering, if somebody could tell me how you make other parts rainbow. Like... say, I do a whole face picture and do the eyes. What if I want to make their lips rainbow too? Or eyebrows? How would I do that? If anybody can help, thanks.
