I am having a similar problem - I cannot open PdN 3.20 with the same error message, cannot uninstall it, cannot repair .Net 2.0, cannot uninstall it, "repaired" Windows XP from the CD and I can still do none of the above! The summary of Microsoft's error report is: Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I can do?
