Somehow plug-ins don't work for me D: I followed many step by step guides for downloading plug ins but when I try to save it in the Effects Folder (or whatever it's called) my computer tells me I don't have permission to save it there. Why would that be? o.O They're all .dll files too. And I have the latest version of Paint.Net (3.22??? I don't know exactly ^^')

Okay, like the title basically made nooo sense >_< my bad. I'm fairly new to Paint.Net and really would love it if the pros would spare me some un-useful comments ^^; Basically what I'm asking is how you would take an original image and change the hair color, shirt color and all that junk. (they are pictures from different places = =''. And I obviously did not make it 'cause I'm asking the question ) [[sorry if a few people do not like anime >_<'']] Sooo, if anyone knows a way or two(2) to do that, please tell
