    Hi. I'm new here sorta, just registered not long ago to see if any of you could help me out with Plug-Ins. Well, I tried Dl'ing the Water Reflection Plug-In's to make pyrokid's sig or whatever and it didn't work. YES..I put in programs>Paint.Net>Effects blah blah blah..I downloaded other Plug-ins successfully and had no problem but this one the most important didn't work.. Anyone know why?
