I have been trying to color sketches with PDN, just like other people do with other programs. I thought that it would come in handy to have a blur tool that could be used by hand, so that you are able of blurring some things a bit more and some a bit less. I am not sure if there has already been a request like this, if there is, sorry for repeating. please post thoughts and opinions. thanks in advance!
