When I do that all it does is resize the image.

I searched this but all I got was random posts that had nothing to do with this topic. If it's taken already, please refer me to a topic where I can learn how to move a cropped image. I was making a userbar, but I couldn't move my cropped fish, how do I move it to another area? I realize this is a very newbish topic, but I'm new to Paint.NET Vinny
