Go to the "Image" menu at the top, then click "Resize". Good enough? Also, to crop, select the part you want to crop to, and then go to "Image" and click "Crop to Selection". Does that answer your question?

For the name change-
1. It is completely trivial and non-important IMO.
2. It is called Paint.NET because it uses the .NET framework. There would be no meaning behind "Paint-NET", and also, I don't believe there it a framework called -NET.
Also, your title is too ambiguous. Please change it, or this thread will be locked.

And also, there is not, as far as I can see, anything in your post stating that you wanted to know whether it fits the theme. As I said, I do not wish to be offensive, I'm just saying. If I sound rude, then it's your interpretation of my meaaning. Other people may have different interpretatations.
Anyway, argument over, let's all be happy.

You're not meant to post it here. You're meant to post it in the SOTW Entry thread, not the SOTW Discussion thread. And the Entry thread, as far as I know, has not even been created yet, so slow down a bit please. Also, I agree with sabrown, must you post "hey, check out my gallery" and "they're nice, but too simple, see my gallery for ideas on how sigs should be made" in nearly every one of your posts? I'm not meaning to start an argument here, I'm not that sort of person, I'm just pointing it out.
Also, I like the idea of Delirium. I'll start right away.

Although the rules state "no requests for artist" are allowed, I'm feeing kind today, so I'll make you one. PM me with your colour scheme, theme, et cetera. However, this does not mean that yo can always bypass the rules, EVER. Bear that in mind please.

Fair point, although I don't just mean "make a template in black and white", you could do all sorts with it, add colour, drop shadows, emboss it, all sorts, I tell you! But if it's not right for PDN, then it's not right.

By the way, when I said a font, just to clarify, I didn't mean "make a font", I meant"choose a font and edit it, possibly to make it follow a theme".

You should get a dA! It might be helpful for organisation, and also, us FF users with the PicLens plugin can view all your images at once on a 3D wall! Of course, we can do that with photobucket and imageshack as well, but a dA would still be beneficial.

I believe you are misunderstanding this plugin: those are the shapes of borders it will make. FOr example, the ellipse setting, with no selection, would make a circle as large as the image. On a selection, it would make a circle the size of the selection. Understand now?
