Hi Andres,
Could you clarify your question? Are you trying to split a single image into four equal parts? Or are you trying to enlarge an image?
If you want to split the image, you can use the selection tools while holding shift on your keyboard to select perfect squares. From there, you can crop the image to your selection, four separate times, to get your four separate frames of the image.
If you're trying to enlarge your image, you can resize it from within Paint.NET but I don't recommend that option because it will leave it blurry and pixelated
Hope that helps,
Nab

Logged on to a campus computer, and sure enough, even though every one of them on campus have the full Adobe suite, PDN 3.5x was included as well!

I agree with pdnnoob.
Also, I'd try to focus on a scene, or an idea, rather than a character.
-
Ash! So good to see you around here! Can't wait to see what you've come up with over time
-
My guess, is that it checks for updates through PDN's homepage.
-
Olav that looks awesome! Especially the cropped version with the ridges on the top left - excellent dimension.
-
Tried it with my canon 50D, no good, unfortunately.
Yup, same for me.

You mean the tilt shifting? I believe David wrote a tutorial on how to do it... lemme look for it
-
Those are some of the ones I tried.
RAW File doesn't work at all, and the other does open my picture but it looks like someone ran clouds on XOR over it 10 times...
Thanks for the effort though

Yes, I currently have the IcoCur one installed.
-
Yes, of course

Hey everyone, I'm just wondering if any one is using a RAW loader that actually works for them.
I've searched the plugin index and tried every plugin listed there with no success.
If you do have a loader that seems to work for you, would you be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks
To clarify, I am running Windows XP SP3.

The CD probably needs to have the plastic hingy thingy on the left side. That's make it more realistic & save confusion but I love what you have done here. Brilliant!
It's a cover art barbieq, not a cd case
-
Ahh okay makes sense, you're welcome man

Hey it's Jake!
Is the tape supposed to look like it's on the CD? Or in the scene? If in the scene I would lighten up on the drop shadow, and instead project it onto the ground/man.
Also, the notepad's shadow looks a bit funky, but then again I assume there would be many many light sources so there's really no problem there.
Very nice manip man, nice and balanced, sharp, and I like the colors as well

Also noticed some stuff on the top right of your larger planet, though it's probably just JPEG artifacts...
Very nice work Sozo! Love your new sig and the space stuff you're working on
-
I completely agree with Oma! Very very nice job on those two, they're fantastic!
I saw the puppet in your avatar and had to come check out your gallery.
You've got some really great artistic potential here, do keep it up!

Very nice! the reflected light on the texture surface on the bottom right is fantastic! very very nice, the extra bright stars do take away from realism, but heck, this looks more like a fantasy image to me anyway, which is spectacular in its own right.
-
Is that from your brand new macro lens?
I like, very nice... eye
-
Kemaru -- your current sig is great man! You've totally developed a unique style for yourself -- I don't even have to look at the username to know it's yours
Very nice, excellent blending and the colors are fantastic
-
Thank you all for the kind words!
oma, no worries, I've moved away from the enticements of that evil program, and am fully back to doing things the real way with Paint.NET
-
If you're not gonna use S3D you might wanna try out Bulge instead.
Make sure to paint over the shadow - you wouldn't have stars leaking through
-
Goonfella, you know what's good, you know you're awesome
So I'm gonna skip straight to the criticism...
The perspective seems off -- you oughtta use guides to make sure it's accurate -- it's not bad, but just seems a bit inconsistent to me.
Also, I would try to work on a more focused light source -- from what I can tell it ought to be coming from above, yet the text on the radio has shadows indicating it's coming from below.
Also, the vignetting looks very nice, though it also misleads me in my search for light direction.
Just a couple things you might want to think about
Totally awesome piece overall -- excellent colors and you did an awesome job with the irregular 3Dness of it all - very nice 8)

The gun looks fantastic -- very nice cell shading

Pixey I don't post much anymore but I couldn't help myself with your gallery.
You've taken PDN portrait painting to the next level! I am so impressed with your portraits. Especially the Hugh Jackman one. Wish I could I have a lesson in digital painting in PDN.
So very impressive!
