Not sure I get where the link is... I was also wondering where I was supposesd to save the plugins... I tried dowloading a couple but can't access them from Paint.net...so I am probably not saving them at the right place :oops: Thanks!

I am interested in doing dual tone on my pics (a sepia type of treatment but with another color)... can anyone explain it to me in a very "stupid" way? Thanks!
