I want to round up and smooth out a few things in a picture I'm working on, and I was wondering if there's a plugin that does anti aliasing, or any other effect that can achieve the result without blurring everything considerably.

I need a plugin that can join two opposite ends of the picture in the middle, be it horizontal ends or vertical ends, so that I could use the clone tool to make both sides blend together (for cases such as when you want the image to act as a background, and it can't cover all the area by itself so the program doubles it until the area is covered, and you want it to look like one big picture). Thanks in advance.
