  1. Yes I am using VS2008 express, but without the gui editor!

That's the great advantage with this version of paint.net and the IndirectUI features.

As Pyro said "PdN's new property-based effect system doesn't allow for that level of control over your dialog boxes."

It will be for a next version...

For now you could use the short UI version... See first post!

I'm quite fine with the long one, I do have a nice monitor. I was just thinking globally, but whatever, if the IndirectUI doesn't allow that's as much as you can do and I'm fine with it...

And one more thing how's VS2008 doing? Is it better than 2007 (obviously :D)

  2. Am I missing some existing functionnality to reduce this UI using IndirectUI?

It will be a huge work to rewrite it with a window form...

aren't you using Visual Studio? cause the gui editor does allow re-arrange of the window.

@pyro: come on man... do you really think I didn't try it? I do KNOW that it has a scroll bar, even MadJik told me that when I mentioned the window hugeness...

    Don't bite... I'll bite back :D

  3. Every plugin I've ever downloaded (and I have probably 85% of the plugins on the forum) has been in a .ZIP. I've never downloaded one in a .RAR before.

er... ok then... sorry i think that i have winrar default for .zip ... anyway rar is nice

  4. I've been trying to understand what these guys do and many of them are pretty good, the pushing ones are an amazing effect, congrats Asmageddon by the way, and they really should be corrected, cause the bug is happening in all of them, i don't know what the bug is, sorry...

Eh? I'm not downloading WINRAR for this. Also, what do they all do? I mean, plug-in pack's should really tell you about all the plug-in's, like what EdHarvey does.

not downloading winrar?? shouldn't you have it by now? cause many of the plugins are ".rar'ed" and it's a nice tool! anyway, the post would be better too with more info on the plugins...
