Very cool!!!! How do you save your favorite tutorials on here?

Just wondering for Paint-Net. I want to use it to make celebrity blends, kind of like putting one or two images a person together into one image. Also though I wanted to use brushes, like blending in designs like butterfly or wind. Examples below: http://fabulous-emma.com/ http://vanessa-online.org/ http://vanessa-anne.org/ http://www.vanessasource.net/ Does Paint-Net have the tools to help you make headers like in those examples, or I have no choice but to buy Paint Shop Pro?
