The right mouse button is too cool. Please excuse about the "no value" blurp. I know everything in this program is of value and I am learning to use PDN. It is new to me. I am understanding it. I am using it. Thanks again for your help.

If I have a selected part of an image on the left, and Move Selection to the right, is it like a copy of the selection moved from the left location to the right location :?:

The "Unblock" buttons were all clicked during the install. The "Unblock" buttons no longer appear. I restarted Paint.NET and the downloaded plugins still do not appear in the Effects drop menu. There is a PaintDotNet.Effects.dll in the Paint.NET directory.

C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/PdnLib.dll. Icon not found. I did: Start>Search PdnLib.dll. Not found. I did: Start>Search Paint.NET/PdnLib.dll. Not found. I loaded v3.07 today.

I have v3.07. The plugins are downloaded from the Sticky plugins in the Paint.net Plugin Forum. They are put in the C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/Effects folder. They do not appear in the Effects drop menu. Are the Paint.NET included Effects on the dropdown menu supposed to appear in the folder? The plugins that I have downloaded appear in the Effects folder.

How do I do that? I have downloaded Feather.ddl and ColorBalance.ddl. I get the same prompts.
