every time I try to open pain now a box pops up stating "The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate this application". So I thought I would delete it off my computer and download it again but it wouldn't let me delete it either. When I tried uninstalling it another box popped up telling me that "There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." After I click ok and another box pops up and says "Fatal error during installation" I'm not sure what to do or how to fix this so I'm hoping to get some advice.
