OK so my problem is whenever I go to cut a certain part of an image then PASTE it to my sig it automatically enlarges. Like I use the Ellipse Select and when I do that it's the right size, but when I PASTE it is larger than the initial selection. Any ideas?

Hey guys, I'm new to Paint.net and graphic design in general. I pretty much was able to put together a sig using a tutorial on the forum, but can not for the life of me figure out how to make a border around my sig. So, if someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks, tbspazy
