    How do you edit a layer once you have added a layer? Is it me but I can never edit anything once I add a layer. Thanks for your help

    I am new to Paint.net. How do you create a banner to be included on a website? Also, how can you write text over a picture. If you can point me in the right direction that would be great Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
