I must be thinking of another program but somebody should make a plugin for that effect because It's really nice to have

In The Last Version of Paint.NET I had installed there was a lens glare effect and I really liked it and in 3.0 It seems to be gone. I looked through the Plug-ins Section and Did not see a plug in for this effect. My Question is Could Someone Direct me where to find it in the program or direct me to the plug in if it exists or maybe Rick or someone could create a Plug-In for 3.0 Because I loved this effect it gave Pictures of my Band that realistic looking effect.
