I have used it, with wings3d, its rather a pain though, saving in tga format and undoing that is too many buttons to click to update the image.

that is a helpfull tutorial, but this feature has a somewhat different scope, for example if you wanted to do an effect on the finished texture, it would currently break the tileableness, or if you wanted to create a concretey texture by mixing together cloud layers and doings effects on them, you would then have to do some more work on it to get it to tile, because the clouds feature doesnt produce tileable images either. By RFE i mean request for enchancement.

hi, i would find it very usefull to make seamless textures if some of the effects had the option that they would create not break the seamlessness, as they do at present. eg a pixel that is on the very left, when blured should make some impression on the very right of the image. a checkbox in the effect dialog to do this would be immensly usefull.

it can be improved by making the areas that are used to move/scale the selection relative to the size of the image on screen, rather than the size in pixels.

is there any way to move around small selections around? i cant get it to move around small selections, only scale/rotate them. am i missing something? i hope so.

i have seen those. they dont seem to be what i want. the closest explanation is the seamless filter shown here: http://www.logarithmic.net/pfh/textureops it would also be usefull if some of the blurs, and the clouds, wrapped around the sides seamlessly when they are done.

I am sorry if this already exists, i was unable to find a way to do it. I request a tool that makes a texture tile seamlessly, like gimp has got. thanks

i want to set all pixels that are a certain color to 100% transparency, i tried to use the color changer but it ignored the alpha value of the replacement color. what can i do?
