    yeh i know its a font but i was wondering if you can get that effect as a background. do you know how , like gradient that splashes or whatever do you know how to get a similar effect ?

    is this the only place you can get plugins for paint.net. also any plugins similar to oil painting but is like a sketch ?? could anyone make one
