i figured out thanks for the help though. but one more question how can i get the edges of pictures to look like they fade into each other? like this one i appreciate all the help

how do i make it so that just the borders are blurred when i try it the whole pic gets blurred. sorry if this is getting annoying

i'm new to paint.NEt, and i'm having trouble trying to figure out moving lmages when i layer them. i layer one image then layer another, but i want to go back and move the first image i layered. but i can't figure out how. i tried clicking on the layer and moving it but that doesn't work. i'm not sure if i posted this in the righ place
