Not sure if this was previously mentioned, but on Vista with the theme running, the cross cursor disappears. If the theme is reverted to classic it'll come back. I'm currently working with beta 5270 and haven't received the latest one yet from MS just yet. I'm using Paint.net v2.6 on a PC with a FireyGL.
