I totally concure. The addition of this feature would be most welcome. I end up working on images in Paint.Net and Gimp and it would be nice to stick with one tool. Paint.Net has a nicer clone tool in my opinion and the addition of a smudge tool would really help me out. Thanks for a totally amazing application!
