Yeah, I noticed that inverting the image switched the quality back and fourth on both sides...I was just wondering why they looked different if all that was done to the image was an invert...I guess it must be more of an optical illusion than anything else.
Your tip about resizing of the text seems to work pretty good, though if I ever need to make large, perfectionist-quality text, I think I'll stick to typing it using v2.1b, and then copying it over to my main document in v2.5 b5. You're right; when it comes to large text, GDI+ renders it very well. I guess I got spoiled when it comes to large text quality, as buggy as GDI+ is when it comes to smaller text. :wink:
Hey, what if you created an option that would allow the user to switch between using GDI and GDI+ to render text? That is, if it's even possible, or doesn't bloat the program, or take to long to do... Just a thought... 8)
In any case, even if such a feature were to be implemented, it probably won't happen in time for this next release...but I still think it would be neat if it were even a possibility for a future release...
