Well I'm going to really show my ignorance here. I'm an inexperienced nube with little technical understanding. I modified a picture with paint.net and added layers to it with text. I would like to animate the text and use this as the homepage banner on a web-site. Is there a way to do this with pdn. files. Can pdn files be used on the web like gifs or jpgs at all? If this is important my web site is built with dotnetnuke.
