Maybe I haven't found all the features of Paint.net yet. But the number one feature I need when accqiring pictures from my camera or from my scanner is putting them straight. So any editing program without the capability of rotating in at least 0.5-degree steps or better 0.1-degree steps is useless to me. How do other users manage that?
