As you can see this artifacts occurs every time I open program and spreading from edges of worksheet. Their spread intensifies when i perform any actions on worksheet, especially when I use selection tool, which has animated border. Just tried to reinstall program and it doesn't help. First time it occurred when I was opening adobe illustrator, then I had seen pretty same artifacts in built-in file selection window, but since then I had never seen this anywhere else except paintnet
