After several times of opening paint.net, either by double-clicking shortcut icon or double-clicking on a supported file type, paint.net does not open when doing either of these. The timing circle shows up for several seconds and then nothing. Restarting the computer restores paint.net's ability to open. This is happening on a computer with Windows 10 pro. Is there something that can be done to prevent this? Thank You
