Sorry for the confusing title I couldn't come up with a better way to word it, here is an image of what I'm talking about. I don't want the transparency to be moved with my rectangle select. In ms paint there was an option for transparent selection that would do that but I can't find any equivalent here. If I try and make separate layers the bottom layer is still selected and moved with the top layer. Thank you for reading this.
